Technology

EPOXY CONSTRUCTION

Lightweight yet durable epoxy composite construction. Fiberglass construction around an EPS core wrapped with a multi-stage vacuum process. Foil track supports and foot plugs are embedded in high-density, closed-cell PVC foam, with additional reinforcement patches in key areas such as the boxes and center spine. A lightweight paulownia wood patch layer throughout the stance area provides increased impact resistance and rigidity. The board comes with a hand-sanded matte and high-gloss finish.
