Complaints

You can complain about incorrect, damaged or defective items within two years of receiving the goods. Depending on the time of the complaint and the type of item, there are various options for making a complaint.


Complaint within 30 days

Before you startwith the complaint

Whitecaps Products cannot supply a replacement for a missing or defective item or provide technical assistance. In these cases, or if you need warranty information, please contact the manufacturer. A list of manufacturers offering service to end users can be found here.


Complaints after 30 days

If your item has a defect, we recommend that you first check the product inserts, such as the instruction manual, for possible troubleshooting information and contact the manufacturer directly. A list of manufacturers who offer service for end customers can be found at here.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected and Whitecaps Products is of course still responsible to you as the seller under the statutory warranty. However, Whitecaps Products cannot supply a replacement for a missing or defective part or provide technical assistance. For this reason, and because the manufacturer usually has better possibilities to repair the item manufactured by it under the manufacturer's warranty or to replace individual parts, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer in advance if it is included in the list of end customer service providers.
