Flexi-Hex MID transport packaging for surfboards
Flexi-Hex is a professional packaging element for surfboards,longboards, kiteboards and similar large items. Ideal for commercial use in forwarding shipments or also as additional protection in the board bag when traveling by air. Since Flexi-Hex is made of cardboard, there are limits to reuse.
Packaging element a 1100 x 45 x 30 mm
Can be expanded to 80 cm width.
Size MID suitable for thicker retro surfboards or fish boards and longboards.

1x Flexi-Hex LITE for a skateboard
2x Flexi-hex LITE for wakeboard, skimboards, snowboard, narrow surfboard under 6.6 feet or 200cm
2x Flexi-Hex MID for a wide surfboard up to ca 6.6 feet or 200cm
3x Flexi-Hex MID for a longboard surfboard up to ca 9.6 feet or 300cm
3x Flexi-Hex XL for a wide windsurf board, SUP, kayak up to ca 9.6 feet or 300cm
4x Flexi-Hex XL for a wide windsurf board, SUP, kayak over ca 9.6 feet or 300cm
Flexi-Hex is simply made of paper but is surprisingly strong and can be used as an alternative to plastic packaging under a paper bag or cardboard box or board bag. Flexi-Hex allows you to get your board to its destination without damage. Once Flexi-Hex begins to degrade, Flexi-Hex is fully recyclable and biodegradable.
